Hey yogis!
It’s official: Dirty South Yoga Fest is back for 2026, and this year looks a little different — in the best way.
For the first time, we’re bringing DSYF to you as a single day instead of a full weekend. Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Loudermilk Center in downtown Atlanta.
Why the change? Because we listened. A one-day format means:
- Higher energy the whole way through — everyone’s here, together, at the same time
- More accessible pricing — one day, one ticket, less to plan around
This year’s theme is Community in Practice — and it’s not just a name, it’s the whole structure of the day. We’ve built the schedule around Community Paths: concurrent breakout sessions across our practice rooms, each one rooted in a guiding value — Grounding, Creativity, Courage, Compassion, Voice, Curiosity, and Connection. Instead of just picking a class off a list, you’re choosing what you need that day. Want to move fast and sweat? There’s a path for that. Want to slow down and breathe? There’s a path for that too.
The day builds from an Opening Gathering all the way through a Community Practice and Closing Circle, with a Community Marketplace in between to eat, shop local, and connect with our vendors and sponsors. Then when the practice wraps, we’re not done — the Dirty South Social carries the day into the evening, because community doesn’t end when the mats roll up.
New around here? You’re going to fit right in. Been with us since the beginning? This is still the DSYF you know — real, raw, and rooted in the South — just sharper, tighter, and built to make the most of every hour we’ve got together.
