On November 14th, Yogi’s from across the Atlanta yoga communities, will come together to serve and practice in the Great Hall at Ponce City Market to raise funds for two incredible yoga non-profits doing great work in Atlanta.

Mettā: is benevolence, friendliness, amity,friendship, good will, kindness, close mental union, and active interest in others.
